1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products damaged during transit may be eligible for a replacement.

Due to the nature of herbal medicines, opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Products purchased on sale, promotion, or special discounts.

Custom or personalized herbal treatments.

Any product returned after 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged).

3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

 

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if applicable).

Replacements: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a free replacement after verifying your claim.

No Cash Refunds: Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfers (as per company policy).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
